Dr. Loewe received his undergraduate degree from Queens College in New York, NY, and his Medical degree at Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, PA.  He did his internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia/McGuire Veterans Administration Medical Center in Richmond, VA, where he also did his Postdoctoral Training in Gastroenterology - 1st Year-Research, 2nd Year-Clinical, 3 rd year clinical instructor in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

Dr. Loewe is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American College of Physicians, American Gastroenterology Association, Florida Gastrointestinal Society, Alpha Omega Alpha, Laureate Society and a board member on the American Cancer Society.

Dr. Loewe is a past consultant for Visions Clinical Research-Sarasota, FL., past Clinical Coordinator for Comprehensive Neuroscience and a former lecturer/Staff Physician for Medical College of Virginia/McGuire Veterans Administration Medical Center.  Dr. Loewe is an advisor/consultant, on request, with many pharmaceutical and endoscopic companies.
